In 2007, what began as a simple idea to create a welcoming space for women to connect, has grown into one of Northwest Arkansas’ most established networking communities.
For nearly two decades, WIN has brought together women from all industries and walks of life to share ideas, build relationships, support local businesses, and make a meaningful impact in our community.
